For those people only who have been or are on the Celebrity Slim diet, im wanting to know by replacing 2 meals a day with the Celebrity Slim shakes, soups or bars and walking 1hr a day on a treadmill will take the weight off and tone my stomach, thighs and butt?

Or do you need to do exercises pacific for the problem areas .i.e. (stomach) sit-ups and thighs (Brisk Walking)
