Virgin Mobile Phone Question. PLEASE ANSWER. ITS ABOUT THE INTERNET ON IT.?

I have internet on my Virgin Mobile TNT, and for some reason, right now it wont work. It says Error 500: Bad Gateway. What can I do to fix this? I twas working fine earlier. Also, the VirginXL, wont work right either.
Do I have to have VirginXL in order to access the internet on my phone?
 
i had virgin mobile. i hated it. you need good signal for it. virgin xl also makes you sign up for it which is 15 cents EVERYday whether you use it or not. i didnt know about those charges until i got my bill. vigrin mobile has problems like this often. try it later. if it doesnt work then call customer assistance.
