what is your daily workout routine?

I don't eat a lot. If you eat less over a long period of time you don't get hungry as much. I only eat when I feel like it and now I eat slowly, instead of fast like I used to. This also gives me tons of energy so I stretch, do some yoga, throw some boxing punches around and crunches.
 
When i get up in the morning- that's half a sit up. and when i go to sleep that the other half.
