Puppies eyes wont open?

Hi, my dog just had 5 puppies about a day ago, the mother hasn't fed them yet and she doesn't take care of them at all what should i do. Also, I'm concerned that their eyes aren't open, I would really like to see their eyes. Should I manually try to peel their eyes open or should I let it happen automatically? What would happen if I open their eyes manually? Are they supposed to be open yet? Please help me this is my first time raising puppies what should i do. I also have no money for a vet.

that is completely normal, they don't open for about a week, but if the mom isn't feeding them you need to get puppy formula from a pet store and hand raise them, try holding the mom down and makeing her feed them, if shes a new mom she may be confused, please IM me on AIM Cwobblescat, or e-mail me at [email protected], I'm a vet tech and would be happy to answer your questions
