Why Won't My iPod Connect To Itunes?

it just charges but wont connect

it doesn't have the do not connect symbol on or anything


i've had no problem with my connection before i always use it

but it has suddenly stop working and i cant add songs to my ipod please help

Try it in a different USB port, or if you have multiple devices connected to your PC's or MAC's USB ports, try disconnecting some of them. I've an iPhone and I find that it needs a full power port and nothing on the other full power port (notebook) before it will connect, even though it charges!
