You're 16, your parents love you, my advise is stay at home, see a councilor, and things will get better. Prove to them you can be trusted and start acting like a mature adult and they will start to lift the restrictions and you will start to be happier.
From experience, they are only worried about your safety and that is why they brought you back in. grab onto this lifeline, it's a tough world out there without your family.
