Where can I get those sound effects?

The sound effects in shows such as Maximum Exposure and other shows that involve people's mishaps and injury always have this sound effect of a man in agonizing pain. Or another with a little girl screaming, which by the way sounds very fake yet so funny!

Another one with a man falling and what not. Sorry if I'm not being too specific, but yeah..

im not sure how to get those exact ones but if you go to google and search soundboards it comes up with a whole list and theyrs tons of great ones even celebertys
