My sister's kitten is litter trained but lately we've been catching him urinate in odd places. But the pee's been just spots here and there. We caught him in the fireplace popping a squat and leave just a small spot, on my throw blanket...twice. Is it UTI or is he mad at us or something? Litters fully cleaned and the water dispensers full....please help
i forgot to mention that he is spayed already..
