What color should I paint my truck black or white?

I have a 1988 dodge ram 4x4 and i want to paint it but I really don't know which color. Im thinking either black or white.

I've had both, white stays "looking" clean longer. Black shows scratches, dirt, water spots, you get the point. I'm guessing you'll have it in the woods a time or two right, think about the scratches.

White.
Black is awful to keep clean and always fades faster.

The original is a factor. Can your paint people do a good job at hiding the 1st color? That being said, I vote black. What other fun stuff do you have planned for it?

It is cool if it will be colored as black. Or if you want, you may put a white star in the hood.

Depends on the original color...obviously will cost you less if your original color was red and you want to paint it black. Depends on what you want, but white will show the mud more...maybe that's what you're looking for
