when you get out of the shower put some moose in your hair then put your hair into braids when you wake up take them out, and bam! pretty hair :]

you can take a shower before you go to bed and but it in braids to get wavy hair the next day. more, smaller braids for tighter waves and larger ones for looser waves.
you could also put it in a side part:) that's what i do when i don't feel like doing my hair.

moose and hair spray. grab your head and flip it down. then scrunch up your hair your using moose and the Spray your hair to lock in the curls

Scrunching is a great tip. When you get out of the shower towel dry your hair. Put in some product, mousse or gel work good. However, be careful not to get it too much in it you don't want your hair to look 'wet' or weighed down. Then use your hands and scrunch it toward your head. Add a little hair spray and let it dry naturally. It'll really bring out the waves and give it nice volume. Also it hides the weird little things hair does on its own. =) It is my favorite quick style do.

usual "tools" ? I'm going to DC in a few weeks. My hair isn't too high maintenance, but I always sleep weird so when I wake up, my hair looks weird! haha. Not too weird, just slept on :)

My hair is naturally straight with a slight wave in it. What can I do - without bringing a straightening iron?

Will any products give me curls? I'd prefer a one step shampoo, if possible.

Thanks!
Thanks for the scrunching tips ... but it seems to like never work for me :( FAIL for me haha.
