Wifi is fee unless some buisnesses try to get money off it. like me I ask my neibors if i can borrow theres even in little towns like mine there is bacically wifi every where i go except out in the middle of nowhere so yes most is free (some wifi networks are locked which means you cant get in with out a password

Its free as long as your in an area with Wi-Fi
