causes battery to go dead on nissan altima?

I have a good altenatore and battery and find nothing on to drain battery.looking for any other reason battery drains and will not start vehicle

Check the water level in the battery(ONLY if there are accessible wells). You may have a short, buy a continuity tester and with the key off, go throught he fuse block touching one at a time. When you find one that lights up dimly, that is where the short is. Trace the wire and repair it.
