what is the best file sharing app to use? im using utorrent but its really slow lately ive got 20meg broadband. can you set all the settings back to default to see if that speeds it up sorry for the two questions but its driving me mad
To set back to default, delete settings.dat and settings.dat.old from %AppData%\uTorrent with the client closed.

That will not increase speed most likely. Settings vary depending on your connection's upload capacity.
There are three things you can do to increase speed.
One is to allow incoming communications by forwarding uTorrent through any firewall or router.
The other is to make room for outgoing communications by capping upload in uTorrent to 80% of your overall upload capacity
And you can choose good torrents.
