How to make yourself poop without laxatives?

I know this is a weird question. But i've been constipated for the past 4 days and I feel like I have to go it just wont come out. Is there any certain foods I can eat to help me poop? I don't want to take laxatives.

1. drink apple juice or prune juice.
2. Keep yourself really Hyrated. Aim for 8 glasses a day of water.
3. vegetables like broccoli and cauliflower.
4. kind of random but, heat up a large glass of water in the microwave for 60 seconds and squeeze half of lemon into it drink it as fast as you can & repeat.

Well, This happens to me all the time...
1. you can make a really strong pot of coffee.
2. smoke a cigarette.
3. Drink a shot of olive oil orr karo syrup, then jog in place for like 5 to 10 mins
4. orr eat a whole box of triscuits

then it should be outta ya.....good luck gettin em out

Try eating beans! It has alot of fiber which should help keep your poop going through

Me too, except smoking.
For u, drink lots of luke warm water at all times. Best to drink it right after you wake up in the morning. Then, you can make yourself a cup of coffee and drink it. You'll gonna poop after that.
p.s. If you're hungry at that time, dip few crackers into your coffee and enjoy.
