    What can I do about someone parking in front of my driveway?

    A Taxi every weekday parks in front of my driveway. My house I opposite a primary school so i assume he is picking someone up from there. What can i do about this really annoying problem?

    assume you are from u.k. In u.k. it is not illegal to block someones drive while they are out, only illegal if you are preventing someone leaving their driveway. I would have a quiet word with the cabbie first, if that doesn't work I find a nail in the tyre often offends..

    If you have a dropped kerb you may be able to complain to the council otherwise ask him politely not to do it

    Its illegal to block a driveway so you can call the police. Another idea would be to take pics with date&time stamps of the offender.

    DO NOT take action against this guy because you will be in legal trouble yourself.
