...that it cannot open the page.? The error pops up with the URL in the message, as the page is opening. I have run a complete virus scan and shut down and restarted the computer 5 times. I have deleted the temporary internet files and cookies and browsing history. Please advise!

please make sure that your antivirus is updated and is working properly. and if the problem persists then contact your isp.
