Choice for a good PDA?

I've had a Palm TX for about, 2 years(in July of this year), it really kinda sucks, but since I am a doctor, i have to deal with it beacuse I use it every single day. I really want to change it, i hate doing HOT SYNCS, which are very difficult, but I can also just upload it to my SD, but that means I have to keep buying SD Cards, and sometimes they can be expensive.I want another PDA, but I am on a tight budget, i recently bought a new coputer and tv, but i can make some money of of some things that i dont need.I want something that well, the SD card slot is a must, but i can live with an internal hard drive.I have beeen keping my eye on an iTouch(iPod touch) could this work??

no i have seen them i don't like them (iPod touch) the BlackBerry curve/bold r awesomely good
