Lg Rumor-Lg Scoop...........?

which phone is better the lg rumor or scoop. Where can I get one of these really cheap and unlocked. Thanks.

they are exactly the same. the name is different depending on where you get it. Most carriers call it the LG Rumor, Alltell calls it the LG Scoop and U.S. Cellular calls it the LG UX260 but they are all the same phone.
