Leak in air component of fuel injection system. Leaking injectors. Low voltage in ignition coil. Stuck idle air control valve. Dirty throttle body. Bad PCV valve or hose.

Fuel delivery problems, - could be any of problems listed above on first answers-- However you might have a better chance of finding exact problem with computer diagnostic machine, -- as you could have one or more of these problems at once, --- not really common, but does happen at times!
