Are P2P file sharing sites on their way out.?

With so many ISP(internet service providers) getting on the bandwagon by suspending accounts because of a cease and desist orders sent by a copyright holder or another interested party and other "illegal" downloading methods are P2P going away. My isp hasn't ever suspended my account because I stay away from those circumstances but when I inquired about my download and upload speed this rule they have came up. Looking into this matter a bit more I see that its not just here in my home state but all over the U.S. They may not be out but it certainly seems they have been handed their hat.
