Every time it rains, my internet and phone stops working.
If this helps i got AT&T.
A person came and said the the wire inside has no problem.
He couldn't check outside because the doors were locked.
How can i fixed this?
Do you have a repair contract? If you do ask AT&T to check it out the problem sounds to me as if it is outdoors. i had a similar problem recently and it was located over 1/2 a mile away. Good Luck
