How do I get my sister's bedroom?

My sister has the biggest bedroom in the house and I have the smallest. She is in her third year of university and unlikely to live at home for very long in the summer before finding her own place to live. I am 16 and still have at least 5 years until I have to find my own place.

We never use my sister's room and I really want to move into it but my parents say no. Can you think of anyway of persuading them to let me take her room?
