I don't eat a lot of meat (i try but i dont like meat a lot, i eat it about 3 times a week tops), but i try to get more protein in my diet. I try eating more beans/peas, having more peanut butter, eating eggs, and drinking plenty of milk. But i still tops get about 50 grams of protein. What would anyone recommend? Using some type of protein shake? I've done some reading on some of these, but i'm not exactly sure which one to take. I'm 21 and female.. I would like to add it to my smoothie that i usually have every day.
