Don't understand what you are looking for here. People make fun of white people for Catholicism so does that mean they are racist. NO. What if one white person is saying it about another white person does that mean they are racist themselves. NO.

Making fun of people for lots of reasons could be considered racism.
Way they walk
Way they talk
Eating habits
Mannerisms

Unless you are speaking of a religion that is unique to a particular race then the answer would be no. Racism is prejudice based on race.
