Have a Samsung J700 locked to TESCO and need a code to unlcok it for use on O2. Is there a website or even software I can get to do this?

Hi..It can be also done by unlocking code which is the safest way of unlocking.I found one unlocking service called www.Ihav.net/samsung-europe-unlocking-service/rs7wp10/ .
This unlocking service provides the unlocking solutions at $38.63 US Dollars.
