No. As long as the Quickfire is still being sold and is still in stock then that is what you will get. You cannot substitute. And the insurance does not replace it for free, there is a minimum deductible of (and higher on some phones)

I got my quickfire for christmas and it's past the 30 day return date. I still have insurance and everything on my phone to where if i said my phone broke i could get a new quickfire no charge. Since the LG VU and the quickfire cost the same could I just exchange it?
