I lived in Macon , Ga. In the month of February it can get very cold.. It can also rain..The only way you would get a tan would be in a tanning salon.. Dress warm..
It can be anything from snow to storms and tornadoes. The average highs run in the low to upper 50s F, maybe even low 60s from Valdosta to Savannah . I don't think Atlanta generally gets any snow but it is possible
