I went out today to find that my back rear tire was flat. I took all the lug nuts off, including the lock lug nut and then jacked the car up. When I attempted to pull the tire off I could not get it off. I know for a fact all lug nuts are off but I cannot budge it. Any ideas? I really dont want to pay for a tow, as I have a full spare for this.
Any advice

hit the top part of the tire hard with ur palm. it just probably just sticking.
