Plase dont be rude, I need advice.
Okay this is what I ate

-1 cup kashi go lean cereal, 1/2 cup skim milk, 1 apple
-whole wheat wrap with lean natural turkey, serving of organic pretzels, one pear, one luna bar, some celery sticks
-1/2 cup brown rice, 1.5 cups steamed veggies, 100 calorie boca veggie burger (plain), one pear, one apple.
-and I also had a 100 calorie vitatop and 1 cup of unsweetened almond breeze milk (45 calories, 3.5 grams of fat)

That was a total of about 1425 calories.

For exercise, I ran 4 miles on elliptical in 34 minutes. I also ran 1.7 miles on the treadmill. and I walked .3 of a mile. I did 200 crunches and leg lifts. and I did a 15 minute toning video.


Is that too much eating though for today? I exercised, but I ate about 10 minutes ago and I feel so bloated and fat and disgusting. Did I eat too much / too badly? Please help

I drank the 45 calorie milk for more calcium and stuff.

Idk it had 3.5 grams of fat though. and the vitatop had 3 grams of fat.

Please help me

I am 17, 5'5'', and 108 lbs.
After my workout I weighed 107 lbs though. Idk what that means
