I've heard from lots of people that:

jump roping
riding a bike with the seat extended
hanging
sleeping with ankle weights


will all INCREASE your height. But i've also heard that height is only dependant on genes. I don't think so, and I'm sure there are natural ways to increase height, but i'd just like an expert here to clarify if those exercises will increase height. I wanna grow 2-10cm (maybe a little too much) but w/e it;s a goal. I'm currently 5f 10inch
