What should i eat to become healthier?

lean meats, potatoes, corn, beans, rice & lots of fruits and veggies. Drink plenty of skim milk and water too.
 
fruits and vegges. most def.
but, i'd say, you're still growing taller, you'll eventually even and porportion out.
 
I am 95 pounds and im only 10 years old! What should i eat to become healthier,skinnier,and let me have better endurance/stamina?
 
4 stamina eat complex carbs, google complex carbs and ull c what they r, f u run, it will b burned as energy and not store up as fat.

eat 4 spoons of honey after ur workout 4 a quick energy boost.

also eat fruits and greens 4 health and drink a glass of water every hour or so. Do it b4 u eat and ull eat less.
 
well you should start out with remembering you are only a kid and you have most likely not lost your baby fat yet... but if you do want to be healthier you should eat lost of veggies, fruit and drink a lot of water. don't eat tons of fatty foods like hamburgers, french fries and stuff like that.. and you could work on stamina by going to into a sport like soccer or something.. get involved!
 
i agree with the whole doctor and being to young thing
you are still young and can lose those extra lbs easy
