is there an external reset button on motorola razr 2 cell phones?

my phone is acting screwy and wont display the screen when its turned on.

is there an external reset button for the phone or just the one in the menu?

There is no external reset button, just in your menu. Resets on phones (and for many others things for that matter) are taking the battery out WHILE the phone IS TURNED ON, keep it out for about a minute, then re-insert.

i have the same problem and tried reinserting the battery it still doesnt work. does any one know how i can salvage my image?
