All my life I've always noticed I've had a weird thing going on with my eye color. My base color (I guess you'd call it) of my eyes is this lightish shade of blue but from the pupils of both my eyes I have a goldish-yellow ring jutting out. I'm not quite sure if it's rare because another person I know, and my mom both have this strange effect in our eyes. Even if it's not rare, dose anyone know if there is a scientific name for it?
