Why do Fundamentalist Christians teach a doctrine of hatred, conspiracy, and lies?

Fundamentalists, be they christian, jewish or muslim, all seem to posses one common characteristic - they each can behave as bad as Nazi SS when it comes to their faith.

Many people are misinformed. Many people consider themselves experts on matters of the Divine. They are able to figure out what is from God because the have special abilities. The Catholic Church is the original church. We trace our roots to St. Peter. He is buried below St. Peter's Basilica in the Vatican.

Fundies are crazy... just like the muslims overseas.... they think anyone who isnt like them is unworthy and of course going to hell.... well they can go to you know where.... I dislike fundies..... they think they are all god-like when the fact is they are just hypocrites who talk nonsense..... blah blah blah..... they should drop them all on a deserted island with a small amount of food and water.. then we will see how christian like they are... the truth will come out fast..

but many do
and i believe that is because they are so insecure in their own 'reasoning" that they have tocollect misinformation about Catholics and other Christians, Non-Christian theists and non religious

Many are paranoid and obsessed with conspiracies because of their hyper-apocalypticism

and they love in a very un -christian to damn people who disagree with them
We need to pray for them since they are not interested in information

but there are those FPs who actually are open to facts and information and the grace of conversion to love others

The irony is that many of those who accuse others of idolatry are often themselves worshipping a very nasty,primitive, unjust and hate-filled false concept of god which idol is contrary to God as shown in his Mercy and Love revealed in Apostolic Tradition and its New Testament.

I would never take Christ seriously if I only had to go by what these folk give out.

The fundamentalist preacher/pastors teach those doctrines because it makes them a lot of money. Those fundamentalist Christian preachers are just try their hands on some of the fat cash religions can churn out for them. Just look at the biggest fundamentalist preachers: televangelists. They are ROLLING in the dough.
Of course, that only works if you are selling what the people want to hear, though. And it seems fundamentalist Christians want to hear how special they are and how awful others are. It may be enough to make a sensible person cry, but it seems the market has spoken.
