i'm going to purchase an iphone on ebay and i already have a 3g sim card for at&t. i know you have you have to take out the sim card compartment a certain way. but could i just take my sim card and put it in there?

its a normal little case for the size of a sim card.. well i have iphone and im using a roaming number here in italy... i jailbroken with firmware and quickpwn..and added all free apps that i wanted..
