im 16, 4'10" and i weigh around 110lbs.
i run xc and track so i get plenty of excersize.
i eat very healthy...like i serously cant eat any healthier right now.
a few years ago i weighed 102lbs..then it went uo to 104..then 107 now im 110.

if my diet has changed at all - im eating less
i really dont get..and im getting depressed please help?!
