I don't know if you're in the UK or the US or wherever, but your best bet is to get a pilot script typed up and get loads printed out. Send them to as many TV studios as you can. If you're in the UK then send it to BBC (BBC Three in particular like new writers). Virgin Media Television were also looking for young new writers a while back.
Remember that Hollywood is not a single institution. It is made up by many TV and movie studios. You need to just send your script to any studio that will read it, regardless of whether they are based in Hollywood or not. Small independent production companies would be an excellent idea!
