My friend had a similar problem and he took out his memory card and then reinserted it and it worked. Someone told him that taking out the memory card and reinserting it resets the player. Hope it works for you.
OK well my friend wanted me to put music on her SanDisk Sansa Clip right and i did and since its like a thumb drive you can delete the music u don't like so we connected it to a mac so she could delete it but unlike the windows computer you had to eject it and i didn't notice into i unpluged it and then when we turned it off it would not turn on anymore ??what happen can anyone help
