How do you unlock my iphone 2G 8gb Firmware 2.2.1 not just 2.2?

I've tried every single free solution on the internet i used the quickpwn thing and didnt work. Again i am talkin about the 2.2.1 so is there anyway i can just unlock it for free first? if no, which online 1 click sofrware should i use like autoiphoneunlocker or easyiphoneunlocker, etc
