If you are getting the zebra pleco, I'd lay off the otto cats since their diet is the same. Cory cats do best in groups of about 5, in smaller groups they can be shy and scared. Otto's do best in groups of 3 or more, but the placo and them will be in direct competition for food.
Also, what sexes are these gourami you are getting? I'm betting male, as many stores don't sell the less pretty females. My four dwarf males, 2 neon blues and 2 reds, and 2 full size pearl males never had any issues, but some people have had aggression problems. Mine are ina 60 gallon though, but just 4 dwarfs in a 30 should be ok but be prepared to separate is they have issues.
And be careful with the female platy's, it's good to have three females, but female live bearers can store sperm for months after having been separated from males. So expect fry!
Other than that the tank sounds great : )

    Best of Luck!

    **Help fish tank problem**?

So, since Dwarf Gouramis are better in larger groups I am upgrading to a 30 gallon from a 10 gallon to prevent territorial problems.
(i have 2 dwarf gouramis & 3 female platy) So here's my idea:

    4 dwarf gourami(a cobalt, flame, honey,& indian)
    3 female platies
    3 male guppies

Can you help me decide how many of these. =) please.
    cory cats
    oto cats

    * And i really want 1 zebra pleco they get 4 in. max. [they fight if more than one, so better off by themsevles]

(so please suggest how many of all these fish i can get)

and no one answered my first one that is why i have this one
