i have a sony vaio VGN-CR220E laptop that is windows vista. about two days ago, i plugged in my earphones so i could watch a movie and not bother my parents who were sleeping. i played the movie on windows media player and the (built in) speakers were the ones that played sounds. i took out the earphones and then put them back in again and it still didn't work. i tried to see if the earphones weren't working because of windows media player so i checked with other programs and even on the internet. it still didn't work. so, i bought two new pairs of earphones to see if the earphones were the problem. still, none of them worked.
i would really appreciate it if someone could tell me what i could do.
