Insureance question, 97 Acura CL 3.0 premium pkg vs newer Acura RSX regular or type

S? Alright heres the question i had, i have been looking around at Acura rsx's and i really like the type S model. I understand that asking what the monthly rate would be would have to many variables such as my driving record, age, sex and what not could change the rate.

So anyways my question was, i drive a 97 acura 3.0 cl premium pkg and i was wondering if the rsx would be a similar cost to the cl or what percentage more would it be? Also would the type S be that much more than the regular rsx?

Again i umderstand that i cant just get a quote on here but comparatively speaking, what would a direct comparision across the board be for liability and full coverage? Percentage wise how much more or less than what i have now? Also would it be better to get a newer rsx such as a 2005 or 2006 or would it be better to get like an 02? What would be the best way to go in reguards with that?

    thx

We arent going to be able to give you definite answers here, unless someone is actually a insurance agent.
I would go for the newer one, since the cost of operating a car is roughly the same per year regardless of its age, seeing that older cars cost a good deal more in maintenance and have worse fuel efficiency, and the insurance rate is mostly because of the chance of injury(and the massive hospital bills) not the value of the car.
I would definitely pay more to get a S model, they are just amazing, the only import besides AMG that impress me.
