My cat is acting like she is having trouble pooping? Is she for real?!?

My cat just today is acting like she is having trouble pooping. She tries to poop/pee on my bed but i pick her up and move her to the litter box and she freezes and sits on her pooping position FOREVER without actually letting anything go. This is extremely strange cuz then she walks away, licks her butt, and goes back to try again. Im scared that im missing something! its 11:30 at night right now and i dont want to leave her alone even though i should! please help ASAP!!!
