I have a 6 almost 7 month old standard poodle named Jesse. She is sooo sweet, super smart, and easy to train. The only problem I am having, though, is teaching her how to go after anything that we throw for her to get. Say I throw a rubber ball across the yard. She will run after it, but when she reaches the ball, she'll just pass by it, circle around and come back to me again. I think it would be a good way to exercise her other than walking. If you have any ideas on how to help me teach her this, I really appreciate it!
