i worout 6 times a week lifting intensly with weights, do cardio for 30 minutes at least 4 times a week for 30 minutes, eat a diet with 230grams carbohydrates, 20grams fat, 137 grams protein, and 1700 calories. im 12% bodyfat and i want to know how long it would take for me to get to 6%
