    How can i burn movies on a CD-R?

    So that A DVD Can read it

    you can't.
    You can burn movies onto a cd, but they have to be burned as a data disc, which can only be read by computers.
    U need a dvd-r

    you need to have a burning program like DVDFab Platnium or DVD shrink then you follow the steps of burning a movie/cd.. its simple i do it all the time

    Try to record in VCD format. Many DVD players can still read VCD discs.

    However, DVD media is so cheap now, that it makes very little sense.
