DriversEd site legit?

I'm looking for a driver ed online site but most i have found have been $60+ ... i found on for $37.95 and just wondering why its so cheap and is it a legit site, should i go ahead and consider this site?

To check whether the site is legit or not you can do whois search with the help of WhoisXY.com where they provide you with address,contact no,email id etc....
