You want the government to dictate what website you can or cannot visit instead of having users like you or I say what is safe and what isn’t? That’s just ridiculous. I found no viruses on zango, just ad-ware that comes with their software which you have to agree to before installing. It is up to you the individual who should accept personal responsibility for getting infected with most viruses. If you find a website that is distributing malware that is in violation of their Terms of Service you may contact their host provider about their infringement.

people who use virus try to steal out some of your information on your computer the most dangerous are ones called keyloggers that trace passwords, this may trace passwords for online wallets carrying money and rarely they trace the money cashout source, other common use is that they check what you do on the internet so they can tease you to give them some money or black mail you, E.G. you see Gay Porn and with the help of some adwares which told you the would give you some Runescape money if you gave them your info, they add you in Messenger and tell you to give them one thousand dollars or they'll tell your jobmates, or they threaten you/your family.
but usually that doesn't happen because most of the viruses try to see if they have got POTENTIALLY dangerous information, Think it they try thousands there must be one that falls.
