Feb 7, 2009 #2 J jamesd1 Member May 15, 2008 176 0 16 You have to install the drivers for the phone a cd may have came with the phone or search google for voyager drivers. Or if you have a memory card try settings and tools, click tools, go down to usb mass storage, then plug it into your computer.
