By the way, I don't mean healthy to mantain weight, im trying to lose weight with diet&exercise
For breakfast I had
1/2 cup of 1% cottage cheese
a tangerine
a peice of 35 calorie light wheat toast with Parkay 0 calorie butter spray
and 5 or 6 chunks of cantalope
For Lunch
2 peices of 35 calorie light weight bread
2 slices of 60 calories/ 3 slices ham
mustard
some baby caroots
and 1 TBS of fat free low cal ranch
And for snacks:
3/4 of a serving of Maple&Brown Sugar Mini Wheats (dry)
and a 100 calorie pack of honeymaid cinnamin twists.
And ive had water as my only beverage
Would eating like this with exercise result in weight loss?
